A child at a Pilsen summer camp tested positive for COVID-19 forcing the camp to close and requiring the children and staff to quarantine. The child contracted the coronavirus from a family member.
The infected child was asymptomatic. The child was immediately isolated and taken away after testing positive. The other campers are were quarantined and tested negative.
Since the end of June, the government has allowed children’s summer camps under strict safety measures set by the Ministry of Health.
